Q: HOW CAN I FIND YOU?
A: Please greet our driver at our Whitsundays 2 Everywhere desk in the arrivals hall opposite the baggage carousels. Our desk is the blue and orange desk next to AVIS. Please check in with the driver whilst waiting to collect your luggage. Our drivers wear Aqua Polo shirts with yellow writing.
Q: WHAT IF OUR PLANE IS DELAYED?
A: From time to time the airlines do delay services. Don’t be concerned as we check every flight arrival time before you arrive, so if your flight arrives early or late our drivers will still be waiting to meet you.
Q: WILL WE MEET OUR ISLAND TRANSFER IF THE PLANE IS DELAYED?
A: We are the contracted transfer service for Cruise Whitsundays and may be able to assist in holding the departure of the ferry for minor delays.
Q: WHEN IS MY BOOKING CONFIRMED?
A: Your booking is confirmed and locked in when we take your booking by phone or email. We do not call to reconfirm your booking but you are welcome to call our office to do so.
Note: For special events and charter services credit card details or a deposit will be required within 7 days of your booking.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: At Whitsunday to Everywhere we do understand that the unexpected change to your plans can happen, should you cancel your airport transfer within 24 hours before your travel, you will not receive a refund. Cancellations in excess of 24 hours, we will refund your fare less the $10 administration fee.
Q: HOW DO I GET TO THE ISLANDS ?
A: As the Whitsundays contracted Resort Connections Link we can get you to the Maritime Terminal for your Island Transfer or transfer to Hamilton Island Airport. See our Island Transfer tab.
Q: DO YOU TAKE OVERSIZE LUGGAGE SUCH AS SURFBOARDS OR BIKE BAGS?
A: We take all items that your airline would within reason with a surcharge of $10 per person for oversize items. Prior notice and booking is required.
